Our Strategy Areas
We [funders] must be willing to create an environment that amplifies our partners rather than directs them. Through this, we experience true partnership & the privilege of watching what happens when a funder fully transfers the creative power of capital to those already leading the work… It’s about recognizing where resources can fuel existing ideas. This kind of partnership is possible, but it isn’t easy. It requires us to be venturesome, patient, & curious, but the payoff is profound. Because when we move beyond transactional funding & into collaborative partnership, we are no longer just supporting change; we are becoming part of it.
